Yes. Barzan University College (BUC) is fully licensed and approved by the Ministry of Education & Higher Education in Qatar. The program is jointly monitored by the MoEHE in Qatar and Swinburne University of Technology (SUT), Australia. All applications are processed by SUT, and both teaching and assessments are rigorously supervised, moderated, and quality-assured by academic teams in accordance with SUT’s standards.
